 yakshini is the female counterpart of the male yaksha, and they both attend on Kubera (also called Kuber), the Hindu god of wealth who rules in the mythical Himalayan kingdom of Alaka. They both look after treasure hidden in the earth and resemble that of fairies.

 A similar list of yakshas and yakshinis is given in the Tantraraja Tantra, where it says that these beings are givers of whatever is desired. Although Yakshinis are usually benevolent, there are also yakshinis with malevolent characteristics in Indian folklore. Yakshinis are often depicted as beautiful and voluptuous, with wide hips, narrow waists, broad shoulders, and exaggerated, spherical breasts. Jab tak hai jaan is a yash chopra film it was his first film after 8 years.His last film was veer-zara at 2004 .It is also a romantic movie by him.yash becomes 80 on thursday. The film stars Shah Rukh Khan, Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma and hits theatres Nov 13.                                                                                                                        

jab Tak Hai Jaan which releases this Diwali on November 13, 2012 will see Shah Rukh Khan play army officer Samar, Katrina Kaif as Khushi and Anushka Sharma, who will do an extended cameo, as Muskaan. The music of the film is composed by A R Rahman and the lyrics have been penned by Gulzar.  The trailer sets the mood for the romantic film directed by Yash Chopra, which also stars Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma. The film has been shot in the picturesque locales of London, Ladakh and Kashmir which is evident in the video. The trailer reminds one of Amitabh Bachchan's famous Kabhi Kabhi Mere Dil Mein poetry from Yash Chopra's 1976 film Kabhi Kabhi.

About Three of a family found murdered in Rohini

THE three members Yogendra Pratap Singh Chauhan, his wife Rekha and their daughter Karishma alias Rosy were discovered by a neighbour.The faces of the mother and daughter were covered with pillows when the bodies were found.According to neighbours, the Chauhan family members were last seen alive on Thursday night. The police believe the attackers had a friendly entry into the house.The police reached the spot and rushed the three to the nearby Babu Jagjivan Ram Hospital where they were declared dead on arrival and the bodies were sent for post-mortem.

Mahatna gandhi setu is a bridge over ganga river connecting patna to hajipur in the north bihar.It was the longest river bridge in India at the time of its construction. It was inaugurated in May 1982 by the then Prime Minister, Mrs Indira Gandhi.Its length is 5,575 metres (18,291 ft) which makes it was one of the longest bridges in the world. There are 48 pilers to this bridge.
